Jeremy Pollack, Ph.D. is a social-organizational psychologist and a leading practitioner in workplace conflict resolution and de-escalation training. He is the Founder of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems (PPS)—the largest workplace conflict management firm in North America—and the creator of Defuse, PPS’s dedicated de-escalation training brand.

Jeremy trains organizations to prevent tense moments from turning into crises by strengthening three capabilities: conflict psychology, self-regulation, and verbal de-escalation.
